The National Industrial Product Production License Office approved and issued the "Implementation Rules for the Replacement (Issuance) of Wire and Cable Production Licenses" with Document [2005] No. 11. From May 26 to 27, 2005, the Supervision Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Quanxian Office, and the Wire and Cable Production License Examination Department held a publicity and implementation meeting for the new version of the implementation rules.
The implementation rules will be formally implemented from the date of publicity. The provincial quality and technical supervision bureaus will be preparing for the publicity and implementation work for enterprises.
Article 4.1.4 of the Implementing Rules stipulates that all enterprises applying for overhead stranded wire units must provide the product type test report (original) of the largest application section of the unit (or 1 to 2 specifications lower than the applied electrical section). It is hoped that the relevant companies will send samples for testing as soon as possible, so as not to affect the application.
